During the winter period when most of the island calms down, our on the ground-team is working continuously to create unforgettable villa holidays.
What to expect this upcoming 2020 villa rental season:

 

The finest properties.
This winter a couple of our properties are updated and reformed. Ca Na Bennassar’s living area will be completely transformed into a bright and spacious living area with modern kitchen with large windows opening up to the patio to integrate indoor and outdoor Mediterranean living. Furthermore the master bedroom will be completely transformed into a large suite with a freestanding bath.
La Font Alta with it’s breathtaking views of the Pollensa valley, will also update its interior design for comfortable living in this incredible holiday home.
Casa Rosa and Can Tranquilo will now both feature air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Innovation.
We’re proud to launch our new web-based app, making your pre-arrival experience as easy and smooth as possible.  It’s full with our unrivalled local knowledge of Pollensa and Mallorca, gives you access to a large variety of personal services to enhance your stay with us and has all the information of your booking into one place.

Our passion is to create unforgettable memories with the people you love, in the places we love. We want to share with you our passion for Mallorca: sun-kissed blue skies, the smell of pine trees, and luxurious, slow and outdoor living. Therefore we will be bringing you  more experiences that embrace these qualities right to your holiday home doorstep. Enjoy a luxurious brunch experience with the best products of the island, or travel around the island with a personal wine experience without the need to leave your holiday home. Or  be picked up from your villa to go to Mallorca’s most spectacular beach clubs.

 

Sustainability.
The natural beauty of the island makes a villa rental in Mallorca so unique. The clear blue sea, the golden sandy beaches and the mesmerising Spanish sunlight casting over the mountains are the most significant characteristics of the environment that surround our villas and support the ecology of the area. Therefore we try to do our best in order to minimise any negative impact on the environment by using water and energy rationally, improving recycling domestic waste, preferring local products for our everyday life, and using economic and environmentally friendly equipment.

We have set our expectations high for the coming season and are very excited to share this with you.
