Just 3km away from Pollensa’s pretty coastal waters

Follow the secluded country lanes through Majorca’s sun-scorched landscape and before long you’ll fall upon this traditional Spanish finca. Set in its own colourful Mediterranean gardens and with stunning terraces, it is a beautiful oasis just a short drive from Pollensa. Aromatic citrus trees line the private driveway, while lush olive groves form part of the vibrant landscape. With the formidable Tramuntana Mountains looming in the distance, you can enjoy the best of land, sea and mountains.

The surrounding rural areas have an El Dorado quality with magnificent scenery and a heavenly atmosphere. Walk up the Puig de Maria hill or the Tramuntana Mountains before heading out to discover the area’s golden beaches. The historic town of Pollensa is just 3km’s away and has a bustling market spread out amongst narrow, cobbled lanes. Azure blue waters lap the sandy coast and are an unforgettable backdrop for a family day out.

For a more chilled-out day, head back to the house and enjoy some precious time-out on the sprawling terraces. With a clear saltwater pool and captivating vistas, you can relax and unwind in complete and utter comfort.

Expertly restored, original features and luxury furnishings

The main house has four en-suite bedrooms with an open-plan living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The cosy living space has a contemporary country finish with whitewashed walls and a log burning fire. Comfy white sofas surround a woven sea-grass mat, while a sleek glass table is joined by chic black furniture. The large kitchen has doors out onto the al fresco terrace, which has a lovely seating area and a wooden dining table.

The four en-suite bedrooms are spread out over two floors and include a master suite and three luxurious double bedrooms. The master suite has room for up to four in two connected rooms and has one plush double bed and a pull-out sofa mattress. An exclusive sun balcony has views over the Puig de Maria, while beamed ceilings add to the rustic interiors.

A fifth en-suite double bedroom is also available in the pretty little casita that has its own glass-fronted living/dining area and modern kitchen. Its comfortable sofa bed is perfect for two little ones, while its peaceful terrace is ideal for escaping the rest of the group.
