Relax around the pool, stroll around Pollensa town, drive to the beach or enjoy the abundance of exhilarating cycle and walking routes on the doorstep. In the evening create a delicious feast al-fresco with fresh market groceries or head into town to enjoy a few drinks in the square. There is a wide selection of restaurants literally on the doorstep.

The house is built on three levels with two patios and a balcony where you can spend the warm summer evenings watching the sunset. The entrance hall of the house gives a welcome feel from the moment you step foot into the house. There is access to bicycle storage, utility room and a toilet and washroom.

The open plan kitchen which has lots of natural warm light is equipped with everything necessary to cook a lovely Mediterranean meal, including a large fridge, separate freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The outside patio is also equipped with a BBQ if you want to enjoy the summer evenings cooking outside. The kitchen looks onto the cosy but spacious lounge where you can snuggle up in the evenings around the log burner during the cooler months.

One bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and balcony to relax in the sun. There is a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower to service the other two bedrooms.

The top floor bedroom is a completely open space across the entire footprint of the house with spectacular stone feature wall. There is a comfortable bed, ensuite shower room, walk in closet and a sunny patio with stunning views overlooking all the roofs of Pollensa town. All 4 bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and are equipped with aircon.
