The house is owned by a sociable family who designed it especially for large families or two groups to enjoy offering tremendous comfort and space throughout.

The villa offers generous outdoor space with a large family sized 15-metre heated saltwater pool and an extensive barbecue area for cooking outdoors and making the most of the Mallorcan sunshine. The beautifully landscaped gardens host a large trampoline, table tennis, astroturf kid-sized football pitch, and a beautiful teak Bali-bed strategically positioned for you to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over fruit trees throughout the garden, leading to the UNESCO Tramuntana mountain range which from an attractive rustic backdrop to the villa.
Cool off in the pool outside or soak up the sunshine on the terrace, where you’ll find plenty of sun loungers, two relaxed sofa seating areas, and a covered dining area complete with a large table and chairs for alfresco living and dining.

When you first enter the house, you’ll be greeted with a towering ceiling, sweeping staircase and designer hanging lights. The ground floor offers a spacious open plan lounge with modern kitchen, island/breakfast bar, and a large dining table to seat friends and family. A separate utility area provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and second large fridge freezer, so there is plenty of room to stock up on the local wines and produce. This kitchen is designed for large families and friends. Adjacent to the lounge you’ll find the fun snug-room with a large L-shaped sofa to chill out and enjoy your favourite UK TV programmes on a 50 inch 4K UHD TV. There is also a soundbar, blu-ray DVD player, pool/snooker and air hockey table, and a wide selection of board games and books offering plenty of entertainment options for children of all ages…and adults! On the ground floor, you’ll also find two spacious bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both with their own bathrooms. Follow the elegantly lit staircase to the first floor to find another 3 large bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), each with their own balcony, bathroom and plenty of storage.

If you can bear to leave the villa for a while, there is plenty to see in the local area. Located just two kilometres and an easy walk away from Pollensa’s attractive historic old town, the villa is perfectly placed for soaking up the town’s traditional local culture and its abundance of cool cafes and chic restaurants. This magical find is a real treat for those who want to stay off the main tourist trail. The local market every Sunday morning is a must for all visitors, with a huge variety of tasty local foods and crafts to explore.For beach lovers, the Puerto Pollensa area is just five kilometres / a 10-minute drive from the villa, where you’ll find soft golden sandy beaches, clear blue waters and a vibrant marina, where you can hire a boat for the day or take a trip to the picturesque Platja de Formentor. Go on, spoil yourselves!
