This stunning Majorcan townhouse is the perfect home away from home. A traditional Majorcan house, RV12 is built on three levels, with 4 spacious bedrooms and a large private 10-metre swimming pool. Lovingly and carefully renovated as a family home allowing guests to enjoy modern and contemporary comforts; the perfect blend of old and new.

The owners with their two teenage daughters have created this 4 bedroom house for your family holiday needs, whether chilling around the 10-metre private swimming pool or making the most of the abundance of exhilarating cycle routes on the doorstep.

The 4 spacious bedrooms are spread over 2 floors. On the first floor,  there are three large bedrooms as well as a reception room area with an office desk. The main bedroom on this floor has a bright, welcoming vibe with a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and private terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is an impressive bathroom with a full bath as well as a separate shower for the other two large double bedrooms. The top floor boasts a more playful feel –  completely open plan across the entire footprint of the house with its super king size bed, en-suite shower room, sofa bed, living area with TV, Fatboy bean bag and exercise area. All 4 bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, their own televisions, and benefit from air-conditioning both hot and cold.

On the ground floor, through the impressive entrance hall, is the living area complete with a corner log burner which keeps the house warm throughout the cooler months. To the right, there is also a lockable bike storage room with direct access from the street, ideal for keen cyclists and for storing multiple bikes and equipped with a bike pole mount and maintenance stand.

The lounge is both cosy and elegant with a large comfortable corner leather sofa and armchair, equipped with 42 inch TV, Sonos sound bar and SKY channels. The living room opens to a gleaming open plan kitchen with gorgeous sleek fittings. Equipped with everything even a gourmet chef might want; a large fridge and separate freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and its own individual wine cooler. The kitchen enjoys a lot of natural warm light and it is ideal for either sitting at the breakfast bar or the dining table which is furnished with eight Eames style dining chairs. The natural stone flooring covers the whole of the ground floor and flows through to the swimming pool area accessed via the large sliding patio doors.

The patio is furnished with an outside kitchen area with Weber BBQ and dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. Around the pool there is a selection of sunbeds, deck chairs and parasols for welcome shade to enjoy your lazy afternoons around the pool.

There is also a separate downstairs toilet and utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer. Pollensa Old Town now has the benefit of fibre optic resulting in high-speed Internet for your whole family needs.

In the evening the choice is al-fresco dining at home with the BBQ or a few drinks Pollensa Old Town with a wide selection of restaurants literally on the doorstep. The local market every Sunday morning is a must see with a huge variety of great local foods and crafts to explore. For beach lovers, the nearest beach at Puerto Pollensa is just five miles from the house and has pretty gold sandy beaches, clear blue waters and an interesting marina to enjoy.
