Alyvos is on one level: perfect for multi generational gatherings. It’s in the Vall de Coloyna, a sought-after Pollensa valley. Views are of the formidable Tramuntana peaks and El Puig de Maria, a half-day hill climb with an ancient monastery at its summit. Enjoy nature’s panorama from a poolside lounger, a shaded spot in the extensive gardens or the privacy of a sunny terrace. The four spacious bedrooms include a master suite with ensuite bathroom and shower. Furthermore, it has its own office room which also includes a cot, making it ideal for those with small children/babies. Two double bedrooms and one twin room, share two adjacent bathrooms with a shower/bath.
The living spaces have high quality country finishes, with whitewashed walls that highlight original arches and stonework. There’s a well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas, a TV, and a log fire for cooler months. There’s a playhouse outside, a hammocks stretch between huge palms and copious sun loungers are ready for action.

The clear blue private swimming pool is very close to the house ideal to watch the children from the covered terrace while the rest of the family can relax and unwind in complete and utter comfort. Also, the garden has a playground area with swings and a slide ideal for smaller children. Next to the pool, there is a stone built BBQ to grill up an al fresco meal.
Follow the country lane in one of Pollensa’s most sought after valleys – the Vall De Coloyna, before long you’ll fall upon this traditional Spanish finca.
