There are then 2 twin rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. The little casita provides another large bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a utility room. All bedrooms are on the lower level of the house which provides the living space with lots of warm natural light.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Enjoy breakfast whilst looking over the beautiful views in the spacious and sunny breakfast room. This leads through into the dining room and sitting room which has a fireplace for the colder months. The living room has a TV with English speaking channels, as well as a DVD player.

Once entering you won’t want to leave, watching the sunrise with mist over the bay of Pollensa, or watching the sunset as the romantic lights of the town below dance in the moonlight, you will be enchanted.
Access by car to the villa is via narrow streets and the actual approach of the property driveway requires driving across the Calvary steps, which requires a 4×4 vehicle – though there is the option to park a bit further down the road.
