Each property search begins with an informal chat, either by phone or in person, to get to know you and your family needs.

As a buying agent we view day in and day out properties from our wide selection of contacts. We have excellent relationships with the agents on the island who regularly make us aware of new properties coming on to the market or likely to become available in the future.

We visit each property and then draw up a shortlist prior to your viewing, ensuring that “all boxes are ticked”.

When we’re in the know, so are you.

Only after we are satisfied that it is priced correctly and fulfils your requirements do we recommend a personal accompanied viewing, all of this saving you time and effort.

Normally, we suggest a minimum of 3 days, the first couple of days we will drive you around the island not only looking at your shortlist of properties but also recent properties that have sold to give you some idea of the true market value. The last day we tend to leave for any last minutes extras, second viewings and meetings with lawyers, mortgage brokers, banks, etc.

On average with each successful search we have had 12 accompanied viewings.

Once you decide on that one house, we will then use our experience to get you the best price and terms.
Every negotiation is different and each therefore requires a careful tactical approach. Our extensive track record allows us to acquire your chosen property at the best possible price, often saving substantial amounts of money throughout the process.

We have negotiated on average 15% under the market price.

After Sales

Our after sales team is based in our office in Pollensa to make sure you can start enjoying your new home as quickly as possible. We have our own internal interior designer and project manager for all building and refurbishment. Our rental team can create a strategy for you to enjoy an income from your house if you so desire and also manage the selection of a property manager, housekeepers, gardeners and pool cleaners.

We take care of anything, so you can enjoy your home stress free.

Most of our clients would prefer us to collect our fee from a share of the estate agents’ fee to the seller, therefore comes at no extra cost to you. However we understand that some of our clients prefer to retain our services and pay our fees and then negotiate the estate agents to encourage a lower purchase price.

Our service comes at no extra cost to you.
