On the ground floor, is a large open plan living space that extends from the front door to the pool area. The area consists of a homely sitting room with comfortable sofas, fireplace and a large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen enjoys a warm natural light and airy feel as it opens us with french windows to the outdoor patio. There is also a large bicycle storage available. 

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom with a large king-size bed has sliding doors that open up to a large sunny terrace with a lounge that connects to the ground floor patio.
The other two bedrooms are separated by a snug area with large sofa and satellite TV for relaxing out of the sun or should you need to catch up on work, there is a desk as well as Fibre Optic WiFI throughout.  
All three bedrooms share the spacious bathroom which has both a bath and a shower.  There is also an exterior ground floor toilet and shower room and washing facilities.
