As a buying agent we view day in and day out properties from our wide selection of contacts. We have excellent relationships with the agents on the island who regularly make us aware of new properties coming on to the market or likely to become available in the future.

We visit each property and then draw up a shortlist prior to your viewing, ensuring that “all boxes are ticked”.

When we’re in the know, so are you.

Only after we are satisfied that it is priced correctly and fulfils your requirements do we recommend a personal accompanied viewing, all of this saving you time and effort.

Normally, we suggest a minimum of 3 days. The first couple of days we will drive you around the island not only looking at your shortlist of properties but also recent properties that have sold and refurbished to give you some idea of the true market value. The last day we tend to leave for any last minutes extras, second viewings and meetings with lawyers, mortgage brokers, banks, etc.

It is at this stage that we take you through the steps of design and development and build the right team depending on budget and complexity of the project, as well as act or engage a Project Manager if/when required.

When we work with you on a project, we can show you homes we have already created for our clients throughout our years of experience so that you can actually see what you can achieve for your budget.

Our locally based Pollença team is on hand with native English, Spanish and Catalan speakers, we´re perfectly placed to make sure you can start enjoying your new home as quickly as possible.
Our rental team can create a strategy for you to enjoy an income from your house if you so desire and also manage the selection of a property manager, housekeepers, gardeners and pool cleaners.

Our Fees

For the intitial property search most of our clients would prefer us to collect our fee from a share of the estate agents’ fee to the seller, therefore comes at no extra cost to you. Our Interior Design and Project Management fees are split into several stages accross the lifespan of the project.
