Our clients were very specific about the type of property they were looking for and to work within a set budget. We found them a project which had an ample sized garden in order to create the pool size they wanted. 
 
Having secured the property, we introduced and appointed the architect and main contractor. We also appointed the home staging company to provide all the fixtures, fittings and furnishings.
 
Scope of Works: Complete refurbishment with new pool

Fortaleza

Our clients gave us a brief to find a large villa with 5 bedrooms within walking distance of the town of Pollensa. We found a 3 bedroom villa with the opportunity of opening the basement and redistributing the house in order to create a large 5 bedroom property. 
 
We introduced the architect who worked with the owners to create the right space. Having agreed on the layout, we then appointed the main contractor. During the refurbishment, we were responsible for the project management to make sure the project was delivered on time and within budget. 
 
Scope of Works: Complete refurbishment and creating a large living/dining room and bedroom in the basement of the house.

La font 53

Our clients gave us a brief to find a family villa that they could rent out and within walking distance of the town of Pollensa. Specifically, their requirement was to have a large pool of at least 15 metres. We found a dated villa within La Font that the owners new straight away could work for them once refurbished.  
 
We oversaw the project management on behalf of the owner, obtaining quotes from individual trades and managed all the subcontractors. Furthermore, we managed the payments and schedule to ensure the project was delivered on time and within budget.  
 
Scope of Works: Complete refurbishment and extension of the pool from 10 metres to 15 metres. 
Project: 7 months
Cost of Project: 350,000 Euros
