Below find some of our favourite projects we have recently completed, as well as those we are currently working on.

General Bosch

Taking interior design to new heights


General Bosch is a townhouse development in the heart of Pollensa. Developed in collaboration with renowned interior designer Samantha Knight, this uniquely shaped, open-plan space has been transformed into a luxury townhouse of the highest quality and style.

Casa Nima

A dance of wood and stone


CASA NIMA is the real-life embodiment of townhouse dreams. Every inch of this newly refurbished home pays tribute to the interplay of materials. Like dancers in tune with the melody and each other, elegant walnut wood sits alongside textured stone, modernist tiles and colourful fabrics, each individually impactful and collectively stunning. The centerpiece of this house is the custom designed kitchen – complete with Huguet tiles, high-quality appliances and sand finished stone countertops – which sits proudly within the historic bones of this townhouse, framed by the original arch that serves as a reminder of this building’s past. The meticulous attention to detail shines through in the home’s lighting plan, which has been conceived to enhance the hero features of the property, such as the stone staircase or the high, wood-beam ceilings. Shelving has been creatively conceived to fit within the existing stone walls, showcasing how innovative design was used to preserve the authenticity of the original structure. Outside, a sizable pool and grand roof terrace with views over the terracotta tiled roofs of Pollença provides ample space to unwind and drink in the sunshine. All in all, Casa Nima is a triumph to be celebrated, and a treat to be enjoyed.

Carrer Creus

A townhouse re-imagined as a modern family home


CASA CARRER CREUS pushes the boundaries of exciting architecture and design at every opportunity, while remaining true to its roots. A sculpted steel staircase winds its way up three storeys, tying the various living spaces together and drawing the eye upwards. In their brief, the owners of Carrer Creus highlighted the need for a home which combined productivity with enjoyment – a living/working space conducive to focused work, yet intimately connected to everyday family life. We fulfilled this brief by creating a light and airy office adjacent to the main living area, separated from the rest of the home by large crittall doors which were sound-proofed to maximise the quiet within. Eye catching design features, such as the blue-hued kitchen, dark wood beams, playful Huguet tiles in the bathrooms, a cosy fireplace and floor to ceiling windows ensure this home is a pleasure to behold, and a joy to live in. Outside in the courtyard, the interplay between the urban and natural creates a space that is both practical and at the same time evokes the beauty of Mallorca’s lush green landscapes.

RV92 brims with style and sophistication. From the very moment you set foot within, you feel an instinctive draw to the bright, open plan living and dining space, complete with designer kitchen and hand-picked furnishings. Attention to detail was a driving force in the refurbishment of this townhouse. From the sliding barn-style door that leads to a storage nook, to the intricately patterned tiles that line the bathroom floor and the old oak beam that wraps the bedroom window, each part of this house has been crafted with respect for its heritage while embracing an exciting new vision.

Having helped the clients search for the right house, we have been appointed full interior design and project management.
The estimated build duration is 18 months.  Completion: February 2025.  Budget for construction: 1 Million Euros.

We were appointed as the property search agent and secured this property in collaboration with one of our friendly agents. We have been appointed full interior design and project management services. We have submitted with the Architect the basic plans to the Town Hall.
The estimated approval time is 14 months.  Anticipated build start date:  November 2024.  Budget for construction: 400,000 Euros


Calle Jaume, Soller

Planning submitted, awaiting licence


Our clients had seen this house and asked us to go and survey and negotiate the best purchase price.  Having secured the property, we were  appointed full project management services in collaboration with James Roberts Architectural and Interior Design.
Project Submitted: June 2022. Anticipated build start date:  January 2024.  Budget for construction: 1.3 Million Euros


Calle Jaume, Pollença

Planning submitted, awaiting licence


We were the exclusive listing agent for this property.  The owners had already submitted a project to the Town Hall.  Having found a buyer, we were appointed full project management service and interior design and worked with the new owners to modify the project.  Anticipated build start date: December 2023.  Budget for construction: 900,000 Euros

These clients are friends of other home owners we have helped in the past. Having found the right house for them, we have been appointed full project management services working with Samantha Knight for interior design.  Planning was submitted in February 2023.  Anticipated build start date: June 2024.   Budget for construction: 500,000 Euros
