Winery Can Axartell

The architecture of Can Axartell winery is as impressive as the wines it produces. In the valley of Campanet, this is a cool and cavernous finca like no other. It’s surrounded by the estate’s vineyards, olive groves and forests, with waterways that flow to create a harmonious environment. The striking winery was completed in 2012. It was built on an ethos of respect for the grapes, the environment, those who produce the wine and those who enjoy the wine. Its design harnesses the Mètode Gravetat, where grapes and wine are moved solely using gravity’s forces. No impatience, no pressure. Since Can Axartell’s first vintage in 2013, its complex wines have earned acclaim on the island and far beyond and we love their diverse and impressive selection. Their bright, clear and aromatic rosé is our go-to summer selection. It’s packed with notes of wild red and ripe fruits and is a vivacious blend of Pinot Noir, Manto Negro and Callet, refreshed by the Bay of Pollensa sea breezes. Tastings and tours of this architectural and viticultural achievement are available, as are Can Axartell’s high quality wines, of course.
